1- First, check for the latest Microsoft updates (type “Updates” in the search bar at the bottom left of your screen, then click on the popup, “check for updates”. **You may be require to restart your PC.

2- Press the windows key +r to start the run command and type MRT. Then press “Enter”

3- Click “yes” to accept changes to your PC then click “next” on the popup screen
