TRY THIS

1- Open Google Chrome and click on the 3 dots at the top right of your screen

2- Click “Settings” toward the bottom

3- Click “System” toward the bottom left

4- Click on Continue running background apps when Google Chrome is closed to turn off ( the slider should be gray when closed )
