1- Press the Windows + R keys

2- Type sysdm.cpl and then click on OK

3- Under “Performance”, click “Settings”

4- Click “Adjust for best performance”

5- Then check these 4 boxes….(1) Fade or slide menus into view (2) Show thumbnails instead of Icons (3) Slide open combo boxes and (4) Smooth edges of screen fonts and click OK at the bottom.
